1. About DriveX

DriveX, operated by DriveX Sh.p.k. in Tirana, Albania, is a Software-as-a-Service platform for fleet management, booking management, document tracking, and analytics for car rental companies.

Customers can discover vehicles and submit booking requests. DriveX does not own, operate, or rent vehicles directly. Rental transactions occur between customers and rental companies.

2. Eligibility

Companies must be legally registered businesses with valid business information. Customers must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license where required.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and current account information. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity under your account.

4. Platform Fees

DriveX charges companies a platform fee under the commercial terms communicated directly to the company. The fee becomes payable when a booking reaches active status.

Invoices are delivered through the company dashboard and email. Unpaid invoices after fourteen (14) days may result in temporary account restrictions, including hidden listings and reduced ranking, until paid.

5. Customer Payments

Payment for the underlying rental service is settled directly between the customer and the rental company off-platform. DriveX only invoices the platform fee to the company.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use DriveX for illegal activity, misleading vehicle listings, fraudulent documents, security bypass attempts, scraping, or fee circumvention after a booking request has been submitted.

7. Suspension and Termination

DriveX may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, keep unpaid invoices after the payment grace period, repeatedly cancel bookings without reason, or receive serious customer complaints.

8. Liability

DriveX provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, DriveX is not liable for disputes, accidents, fines, vehicle damage, or other issues arising from the rental relationship between customer and company.

9. Privacy

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update these terms. Material changes may be notified by email or in-app announcement. Questions can be sent to info@drivex.al.

1. Rreth DriveX

DriveX, e operuar nga DriveX Sh.p.k. në Tiranë, Shqipëri, është platformë Software-as-a-Service për menaxhim flote, menaxhim rezervimesh, ndjekje dokumentesh dhe analitika për kompani makinash me qira.

Klientët mund të shikojnë makina dhe të dërgojnë kërkesa rezervimi. DriveX nuk zotëron, operon ose jep makina me qira drejtpërdrejt. Transaksioni i qirasë ndodh mes klientit dhe kompanisë.

2. Kushtet e përdorimit

Kompanitë duhet të jenë biznese të regjistruara ligjërisht me të dhëna të vlefshme biznesi. Klientët duhet të jenë të paktën 18 vjeç dhe të kenë patentë të vlefshme kur kërkohet.

3. Regjistrimi i llogarisë

Duhet të jepni të dhëna të sakta dhe të përditësuara. Ju jeni përgjegjës për ruajtjen e kredencialeve dhe për aktivitetin në llogarinë tuaj.

4. Tarifat e platformës

DriveX tarifon kompanitë sipas kushteve komerciale që i komunikohen drejtpërdrejt kompanisë. Tarifa bëhet e pagueshme kur rezervimi kalon në status aktiv.

Faturat dërgohen në dashboard-in e kompanisë dhe me email. Faturat e papaguara pas katërmbëdhjetë (14) ditësh mund të sjellin kufizime të përkohshme, përfshirë fshehjen e listimeve dhe uljen e renditjes, derisa të paguhen.

5. Pagesat e klientëve

Pagesa për qiranë bazë kryhet drejtpërdrejt mes klientit dhe kompanisë jashtë platformës. DriveX faturon vetëm tarifën e platformës ndaj kompanisë.

6. Përdorimi i pranueshëm

Nuk lejohet përdorimi i DriveX për aktivitet të paligjshëm, listime mashtruese, dokumente false, anashkalim sigurie, scraping, ose shmangie të tarifës pas dërgimit të një kërkese rezervimi.

7. Pezullimi dhe mbyllja

DriveX mund të pezullojë ose mbyllë llogari që shkelin këto kushte, mbajnë fatura të papaguara pas periudhës së pagesës, anulojnë shpesh rezervime pa arsye, ose marrin ankesa serioze nga klientët.

8. Përgjegjësia

DriveX ofrohet "siç është". Brenda kufijve të ligjit, DriveX nuk mban përgjegjësi për mosmarrëveshje, aksidente, gjoba, dëmtime makinash, ose probleme të tjera nga marrëdhënia e qirasë mes klientit dhe kompanisë.

9. Privatësia

Të dhënat personale trajtohen sipas Politikës së Privatësisë.

10. Ndryshimet dhe kontakti
